Coaching is a unique relationship focused on you. A coach can help you identify possibilities, goals and skills you wish to develop, as well as a plan for achieving them. As coaches, we become your sounding boards, co-strategist and champion. Many people perceive a gap between how they live now and their vision of what’s possible. Coaching can help bridge that gap.

A coaching relationship is designed according to your specific goals. You may want coaching for communicating effectively in a challenging negotiation, managing a career transition, accomplishing a project, improving your psychological relationship to money or developing greater personal and professional balance.

The process uses training, tutoring, demonstration, resource sharing and other means to enhance your particular skills, abilities and strategies. Coaching can occur face-to-face or over the phone for a single session, or over several regularly scheduled sessions lasting from 30 minutes to an hour.

In addition, one-on-one coaching can help you continue deepening the skills you develop in our communication workshops.

After conducting an over-all assessment of your situation, we help you to:

  • identify priorities and goals
  • create realistic action plans
  • access and use resources
  • manage time
  • establish accountability
  • monitor and modify plans and activities
  • develop a balance between business and personal life

As coach and client together, we continually evaluate your progress and adjust the coaching process to optimize your success and satisfaction.
